Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our automotive services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services Description

Suspense Automotive provides professional automotive repair services, including but not limited to:

  • Muffler repair and replacement
  • Complete exhaust system services
  • Performance exhaust upgrades
  • Catalytic converter services
  • Diagnostic and inspection services
  • Emergency automotive repairs

All services are performed by qualified technicians using appropriate tools and quality parts.

3. Service Appointments and Estimates

Appointments: Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Estimates: We provide free estimates for most services. Estimates are valid for 30 days and may change if additional issues are discovered during service.

Authorization: Work will not begin without your explicit authorization. Additional work discovered during service will require separate authorization.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept:

  • Cash
  • Personal and business checks
  • Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Approved financing options

A service charge may be applied to returned checks. Late payment fees may apply to approved credit accounts.

5. Warranty and Liability

Parts Warranty: New parts are covered by manufacturer warranty. Used or remanufactured parts carry limited warranty as specified at time of service.

Labor Warranty: Our labor is warranted for 12 months from the date of service for defects in workmanship.

Warranty Limitations: Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from accidents or misuse
  • Modifications made by others
  • Failure to follow maintenance recommendations

Liability Limitation: Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not responsible for consequential damages, lost time, or inconvenience.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your vehicle and its condition
  • Remove personal items from your vehicle before service
  • Pay for services as agreed upon
  • Pick up your vehicle within a reasonable time after completion
  • Follow maintenance recommendations to maintain warranty coverage
  • Notify us immediately of any concerns with completed work

7. Vehicle Storage and Abandonment

Vehicles left on our premises are stored at the owner's risk. We are not responsible for theft, vandalism, or damage while vehicles are in our custody.

Vehicles not picked up within 30 days of service completion may be considered abandoned. Storage fees will apply, and we reserve the right to dispose of abandoned vehicles in accordance with local laws.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Service Cancellation: Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee.

Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for unsatisfactory work. Parts that have been installed and services that have been performed are generally not refundable unless there is a defect in workmanship.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Suspense Automotive and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our privacy practices.

11. Dispute Resolution

We strive to resolve all customer concerns promptly and fairly. If you have a dispute:

  1. Contact us directly to discuss the issue
  2. Allow us reasonable opportunity to address your concerns
  3. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our business operates.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
